Pre-event is a lighter massage used to improve range of motion in arms and legs but not damage tissue to the point of soreness that would inhibit performance during an event.
Post-event is a deeper pressure massage designed to relax fast and slow twitch muscle fiber in order to shorten recovery time so that the client is ready for the next competition.
This therapy is used to relieve chronic pain and reduction in range of motion. This therapy is not painful because of our practitioner’s high level of touch skills.
Each practitioner works with medium pressure through a detailed protocol.

Female breast tissue has a lot of interconnecting nerves and lymph nodes. They can be affected by posture, clothing and hormones.

We heat an iron ball to 103ºF and then place the palms to rest around it. After the palms are warmed, your Fox Muscle & Joint therapist will work in detail through every fiber of the hands, forearms, elbows and biceps.
Our foot therapy uses hot towel compression and deep tissue massage to recover your feet & provide better performance. We will work on the bottom of the feet and lower legs.
This treatment supplements the deep tissue therapy we do at Fox Muscle & Joint. It is perfect for recovery after an event.
FIELD THERAPY – PEMF
Fox Muscle & Joint uses this therapy as an alternative to super deep tissue work that can be damaging to the tissue. We work manually at medium pressure and then allow PEMF therapy to do the deep work.
Fox Muscle & Joint’s Power Plate stretching routines and foam rolling instruction is like no other because we teach you how to stretch efficiently and effectively.
We also have a Power Plate strength program to accelerate training. This is designed to improve bone and muscle density. Perfect if you are just beginning a new strength training program. Power Plate is a great tool for injury prevention and increasing performance.
