NEW CLIENT VISIT
If you are unsure if we can help, schedule a meet & greet! You will receive treatment during this appointment.
When you arrive for your first appointment, you will fill out paperwork and watch a video to understand our philosophy and how we work. You will meet with the therapist who will provide you with a protocol treatment plan. You will then receive your first treatment.
When you schedule your first appointment, your credit card information will be held for no-show protection. Your credit card will be charged if you do not cancel or reschedule within 24-hours of your appointment time.
NEW CLIENT CANCELLATION POLICY
We know things happen and we know people get nervous before an initial appointment, but extra time is scheduled for this visit and time has been reserved specifically for you. If you cannot make your scheduled appointment and you do not reschedule your appointment at least 24-hours before the appointment, your credit card will be charged $80. You will need to start the process again to reschedule a new appointment.

FOX MUSCLE & JOINT MEMBERSHIP
This is our best value.
You receive a massage every month and any additional massages in that month are charged at membership pricing. Membership credits may be shared with family members.
Many people start with a membership because consistent therapy keeps them healthy and injury-free.
Existing clients often transition from the 4-pack to a membership to maintain their recovery.

MASSAGE & TRAIN (8 SESSIONS)
This is a signature Fox Muscle & Joint offering
At each session, you will receive a 30-minute neuromuscular massage therapy and a 30-minute personal training session.
We have found that this format allows you to recover faster and not feel the usual aches and pains from a new workout routine. To get the best results, we recommend a package of 8 sessions and you need to schedule at least once a week for 8 weeks. Perfect for jumpstarting a new wellness or weight-loss program!
Our clients get accelerated core, strength & flexibility training in our Power Plate gym. Many clients use this program continuously as a form of injury prevention for their active lives.
Unlimited use of BioTech therapies are included in this package.

SINGLE SESSION
NEUROMUSCULAR THERAPY
Most neuromuscular ailments/injuries are a culmination of things happening in your body. This is why we generally do not recommend single sessions. That said, we understand that sometimes they are necessary.
In a single session you can expect temporary relief from your symptoms. We will look at the areas troubling you and provide the best treatment possible for that session. At the end, we will provide suggestions on things you can do at home, as well as future treatment options.
Our recommendation would be complete treatment with one of the packages above.
